Very pleasant friendly check-in. Clean room, hot water and convenient location.

It's so quiet it very a nice change from staying other places

Pillows smelt of mildew and bathtub can barely fit a toddler but everything else was pleasant.

Place was very dirty and i woke up with 11 bites from something on my forearm Never even think about staying at Boise Inn ever again

I stayed at the Boise Inn last weekend and noticed what looked like bug bites on Sunday. Yesterday my doctor diagnosed the bites as scabies. I contacted the hotel, they seemed uninterested after initially refuting my experience. The employee that spoke with me on the phone said I should contact the owner, then refused to give me the owner’s name, then hung up on me. This is a public health concern and I’m not sure who to report it to. I would also like a refund to help cover medical expenses.

The hall smelled like cigarette smoke quite badly, but the room was ok. decent bed, pretty clean bathroom and liked the refrigerator and microwave. no shampoo

It was clean and fine for an expensive stay! Pretty minimal but clean and bug free.

There were bed bugs on the mattress and the entire floor had a very strong cigarette odor

The hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes.

The place stinks of cigarette smoke from the moment you walk.toward the front door. Our non-smoking room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. The area did not feel safe.
