Less expensive than other. Antique with very loose electrical outlets.

Was just a quick overnight stay, close to the event center, room was comfortable and quiet.

Excellent value. Comfortable bed. large room with two chairs and a recliner.

Easily the worst hotel experience my family has had in our many roadtrips. The site was old, broken down, and neglected. There were stacks of discarded furniture and random machines in the hallways. Our Hotels.com price was $111 but they charged us $40 more for having 2 children. No shampoo or conditioner in the room and they refused to give us any so we had to drive to a grocery store. At first we thought we were in a slummy part of town but then we realized that the town was great, our hotel was the slum. Would never go back, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

people nice and helpful, barebones but clean accomodattions for barebones price... but expedia failed to send over the reservation... so expedia botched it.. but they checked me in early and honored the price...

Horrible smoke smell throughout the building; room poorly vacuumed, worn out furniture, too few pillows and staff unwilling to accommodate. Worn out, frayed towels, insufficient TP.

Older, simple, large, clean, dog friendly rooms with mini fridge and microwave.The best thing about this place is the Boise green belt is right across the street where you can walk your dog and yourself for miles along the tree covered Boise River. The other great thing is that owner’s are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Aside from the electricity, fire hazards in their smoking room when the smoke detector went off if his battery were dying, I called the front desk and The informed me that will take care of it in the morning which I asked and I did put up with it all night long is it just it’ll be fine That discovered why the lamp was flickering constantly because it was in an outlet that did not have an electrical box behind it. Naughty have a cover over the electric box that didn’t exist just a three prong outlet hanging in mid air/mid wall… Then on the second day when the front desk manager said OK you renewed that’s fine but she’s cleaning that room , this is after they walked right past the note privacy please signs to clean the room the day before. Made me go downstairs to pre-pay for the room because I was just checking in. Check out was the next day and told me that I would not enter the room when I came back upstairs until she was done, vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom. This is banging on my door , and 11 AM after her apologetic demanding I would not stay here again.
