Worst stay ever elevator didn’t work and was on 3 rd floor room was not clean bathroom shower was dirty had hair on shower walls and shampoo running down the wall no refrigerator and the carpet in the stairwell was all dirty and worn out and the room stunk

This hotel was terrible. Didn’t even stay for more than 5 minutes. The front desk staff was rude and not interested in accommodating any needs. The first floor was under construction and there was no elevator working to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors where the rooms were available. The room itself smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes! Would never stay here. Terrible experience.

This has to be the worst Hampton Inn, definitely the worst Hampton Inn i have stayed in. Floors were dingy, paint and wallpaper peeling, it was under some messed up construction, pool was closed, and the elevator doesn't run at all. The clerk expected my 70 year old parents with leg problems to take the stairs to the 3rd floor 😑, are you kidding me. Then when we argued about the rooms, we said cancel our reservation because the accommodation wasn't available. They were going to charge us if we canceled for late cancelation even though it was the hotels fault they couldn't accommodate us. After some back and forth, the clerk said she could give us 2 of the 3 rooms on the first floor, but was trying to guilt us because they were the last 2 rooms and they wouldn't have a spot for someone in a wheelchair. Hello....not our problem, the elevator doesn't work and my parents and sister are handicap but no wheelchair. We ended up staying because they would've charged my card anyway. The breakfast in the morning sucked, I mean really horrible. The food that was supposed to be hot was cold and the pastry had some mold on them. Never in my life have I seen a worst Hampton Inn.

50th Anniversary

This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever dealt with in my entire career. I had a reservation on August 19, 2025 and ask to cancel after I found out the hotel was under renovation. My reservation was canceled but I was not informed that I would be charged a night because of their 24 hour cancellation fees “may apply “ policy. I only found out when I was paying my card bill. The manager/Laura is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my entire career. I asked why I wasn’t informed that I would be charged a night when the lady I talked to said she would cancel my reservation for the renovation inconvenience. Laura wants to try and play mind games and turn it around on me and make up things to suit her narrative. She would rather be rude and have Hilton lose a customer rather than refund the charge of $142.61 that I was never informed of when the reservation was cancelled. I went by the hotel the following day and there was indeed renovation work being performed. She started making up lies saying that I said things that were never said! She has no business being a manager! Poorest, most unprofessional human being that I have ever dealt with! She would rather her hotel and Hilton lose a customer that had just stayed a week in another Hilton hotel than refund a small $142.61! Beware of this hotel! They are total liars and manipulators to suit their narrative! I will make sure to post this experience everywhere I can! I promise that! Horrible people and experience! If I could rate it a -5 or less I definitely would!

Pretty much everything. It was under construction and the rooms were dirty with no curtains.

Went to check in and find the elevator was out of service. They put our rooms on the third floor. One of the couples in our group is in their seventies with bad hip and other knee problems. I myself have MS but yet did not want to switch us to the first floor saying we are not disabled because we were not in a wheelchair. We asked to have them see what hotels were open but said we would be charged for the 3 rooms anyway. They ended up moving one party to 2nd floor and the other 2 parties to 1st floor. Also the pool is closed due to renovation and the hotel needs upgrades bad. Wallpaper coming off the walls. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Would not even discount us on the rooms.

Doesn't live up to Hampton reputation. When we went to check in we were informed we were on the 3rd floor ...all 3 rooms with NO elevator. My daughter has MS and my husband and i are in our 70s. Because of my back I am not able to do many steps and my husband has bad knees. Because of these issue we asked to change it to 1st floor told no all were booked so asked about other hotels. We were told we would be charged anyway because too late to cancel. Told nothing on 1st floor. After a lot of arguments was finally given handicap rooms on the 1st floor. Though she kept saying if someone came in with a wheel chair wouldn't have a room for them (our room just has regular tub-shower set up.). Does say hotel under renovation, but really no elevator? Rooms are definitely needs renovation. Ripped wall paper pool closed and yet also charged normal price. My son reserved the room, I paid for it and was told because he reserved it I couldn't put the points on my Hilton Honors. Don't stay her.
