Nice room , not good breakfast

Major renovations are underway. The property should be closed until the work is completed

Everything was fine the motel was under construction and the breakfast layout was just ok nothing fancy and the pool was closed

The pool was closed. The elevator was broken. The oven was broken so no hot breakfast items other than waffles. The place is a general mess.

The lobby and the room itself was clean. The receptionist was friendly and gave us extra pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed. However, the entire reason we booked the hotel was so the kids could swim. Upon check-in, we learned that the pool was under renovations as well as the elevator. My mother was with us and she does not manage stairs well, however, we made it work. Breakfast was mediocre. No hot breakfast available, except make it yourself waffles, but there was no syrup out until someone asked for it and even then, it was over 20 minutes before that was brought out. Overall, a huge disappointment for $150 stay.

No pool, no elevator, mildew and bad odor. Staff not totally knowledgeable. No hot breakfast.

Elevator does not work. No refrigerator in the room, thank heaven I grabbed a small cooler to take with me. It rained, TV went out, Internet went out. Key cards stopped working several times.

It was relatively close to my event

It was filthy. There was hair and feces all over the toilet. There was hair and recently dropped drywall mud all over the tub. There was a large crack in the wall. The pool was under construction. The elevator was out of order. The continental breakfast consisted of a waffle maker and a couple kinds of syrup and a hot can of whipped cream. Coffee was not made until 9:30 a.m.. breakfast ends at 10:00. At checkout I heard the employees talking about some people that checked out of their room because it smelled like smoke. They said. " I don't know what we're supposed to do about it". I guess if it wasn't conveniently located and if I was not under the gun on time, I would have checked out and found somewhere else to go as well. The night sleeping there. At least the sheets were clean. But the blankets were just as sticky as the floor. I'm very happy she brought a blanket with her. I was not impressed. She was less impressed than that. She took photographs on her phone. Unfortunately I do not have them here while I'm filling out this review. But feel free to reply and I can get them to you

Everything offered by Expedia was not available to us. One instance, Full Breakfast! Hotel was in process of remodeling. Our room was very nice.
