Elevator out of service, no real breakfast, dirty and unclean

No elevator, no pool, very limited breakfast…all things advertised. You should be embarrassed

Very dirty and old. Pool and everything was closed

Floors were very dirty; toilet paper holders were broken; not all lamps had bulbs; Window did not close and made a/c work overtime; door did not latch securely unless slammed shut; construction dust and debris was poorly cleaned up in hallway; “breakfast” was meager and hot serving dish never seemed to be filled; no tissue available in hotel.

The whole hotel is under renovation. No pool and the elevators do not work. They report they’ve tried to tell Expedia many times but they won’t change their listing information. The breakfast was Spunkmeyer muffins, runny waffle mix, yogurt, bagels, oranges and apples. The beverage choices were milk or OJ. Kind of a let down for a great planned weekend!

Not a whole lot. The bed was comfortable

The staff was rude. There was NO mention anywhere that the hotel is currently under construction and the elevator wasn't working. We were traveling with 2 dogs so being put on the 3rd floor wasn't ideal with no elevator. Also, the hotel says it is pet friendly, which it is, but I was not able to find a mention of the $75 pet fee. Was not happy with this unexpected fee. We went down for breakfast at 8 am and there was nothing out. We left as quick as we could. Won't be back.

Dirty, disgusting, no breakfast, pool, or elevator, like stated. They didn’t even clean the room once during entire stay. It was worse than a motel 8. The floors were greasy. The whole building smelled like throw up. There was trash all over the parking lot. They furniture looked like they bought it from garage sales. Way over priced. Don’t let these guys bamboozle you. I’m from a different state and am just appalled to how filthy the place was. Yuck……

Location was good

I didn’t know that they were doing renovations until we got there. The Hampton Inn site notifies guests but Booking.com does not. The pool wasn’t in use. The breakfast was not up to par - only about 1/2 of the traditional options were available. The drink machine didn’t work. The employee did not check on anyone during breakfast.

The main reason to chose this hotel was the pool and it was closed on Sunday. The filters were not working and the mantainence people couldn´t fix it. I would like to get a refund, please.

The hotel was under construction, which is clearly needed. My room was dark, damp and worn out. The place needs an upgrade. The elevator was not working and the normal breakfast was not available. Not the worst stay I have had, but definitely not the best.
