Hampton Inn Battle Creek

Outdated, needs to remodel the whole building will never stay here again. Room old furniture, bathroom tub dirty, dark carpet, smoke detector missing.

There were no smoke detector in the rooms. The door was falling apart. Carpent was not in good shape.

It was nice

Not sure this property is up to Hampton Inn standards. Dripping tub faucet, no amenities to purchase (Tylenol or ibuprofen). Was awaken by demo tile job of unit directly accross hall that had no door on it.

This is a substandard hotel, room needed an update, pool not repaired, breakfast was terrible, only offered boiled eggs and sausage, towels and wash cloths needed updating, cleanliness not very inviting, amenities not great, business office closed. Value was over-priced. I will never recommend this hotel to many one. Hilton should rethink using this hampton inn in their advertising. I would never stay at this hampton inn again.

Dirty. Mold and left over hair in showers. Comforter had spots on it. Kind of gross.

Awful front desk service. my fiancé was booked here on a company file for work. went to check in at CHECK IN TIME, and the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional saying she needed a credit card on file when the company already paid for the room. got confirmation from his boss and he was able to call and check him in over the phone. went back in to try to bring his stuff in and get his keys- the lady now said that she wasn’t going to give him his keys until he got off work at 2AM!!! horrible hotel and probably the worst experience i’ve EVER had at one. the “manager in charge” on saturday, 4/16 between 3pm and 4pm made it absolutely impossible for him to be able to check in and settle down before work. i’m usually not the one to complain considering i work at a hotel myself. that company really shouldn’t be in business and it is such a pity to endure how horrible it was. no wonder it was the only place around that wasn’t sold out. ended up checking in AT 2AM and there was a used bar of soap in the shower, light covers missing exposing wires in ceiling, stained sheets, stains on shower curtain, microwave nor refrigerator was cleaned, and crumbs on the floor. will never plan on coming here again, i would have rather slept in our car.

Easy walk to several dining options. Pet friendly. Cheerful reception. American flag in terrible shape. Not important to everyone, but it is way past retirement.
