The room was ok but the bed was terrible!!

Door was open when I got to my room. The guy I told in the morning act like its normal and said that you just need to pull it shut the whole way. The door is messed up. A wire was hanging out of the air conditioner. He said he would have his mechanic look at it. Mechanic? Air conditioner had what I hope was catchup splater on it. Black smudges/finger prints on the wall and and door. Holes in the wall in the bathroom where stuffed with toilet paper. People hanging outside smoking weed. Went to leave in the morning and the whole hallway smelled of weed. I don't mind that but be respectful and go in your care or cover the sent better for others. Not worth the $100 I spent. If you're going to spend that much. Go somewhere else.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway while visiting with friends in Bristol. The hotel was quite full for the weekend, but amazingly quiet. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and pleasant to stay in, rates were reasonable. Room comes with microwave and mini-fridge, but no coffee maker. There is a coffee station available in the lobby from 6 - 10 a.m. Ice machine is also just off the lobby. Wawa convenience store is just across the street, and there are multiple dining options within a 5 - 10 minute drive. There is a sandwich and six-pack shop immediately adjacent to the property, but we didn't have opportunity to patronize it. Overall we had a really nice stay, and I would definitely recommend this facility for overnight and short-stay travelers.

The hot tub worked and the room was clean.

The mattress needs to be replaced. The mattress bedding needs to be upgraded.The television needs to be upgraded to a smart tv.

No plug in, none in the bathroom, ony 2 in whole room. 1st room asked for no smoking Definitely smoked in. Toilet barely flushed! Would not recommend.
