The room was clean.

We did not feel safe and left within an hour of arriving. Would not recommend a stay here if you have a child with you.

Staff was fantastic checking in and out! The room was clean except the microwave was dirty inside. The pillows was like pancakes, super flat but overall it was a nice room. I felt safe at the hotel. I would stay there again

If you don't mind noise outside your room in parking lot bad people hanging out then give you best location for your bucks.

Customer service was outstanding, representative was very professional, attentive and polite. The room smelled horrible from the smoke. Bed linen was filthy and has burn holes in blankets. Bathroom walls, sink and toilet were dirty, very disgusting odor in bathroom. Me and my daughter had to leave children in car while we disinfected room to our comfort to allow us to stay there. Trash was behind and on sides of beds. I assume ppl use the hotel for extended stays or are living there. Noise ALL night long, couple a few doors down we’re arguing and banging on doors the entire night. Air conditioning in room kept turning off- room became very stuffy and hot. We were going to extend our stay but opted to move to another hotel. Didn’t feel safe and or comfortable. Hotel needs to have a huge sanitation system and security on premises to deter rift rafts. Ppl were hanging on stairs and sitting along wall of parking lot. Not a good look for a tourist like myself-didn’t make me feel safe having my family there.

I needed a place to stay quick and it was convenient. Staff was nice and understanding about the error in booking and allowed me to rebook right there on the property. Not overcrowded like some hotels where it seems like there's more people than space.

On a major highway so traffic noise can be a problem, depending on your room location. The PA turnpike is right next door so that could be a plus or minus, depending on your situation. Lacks in amenities. Power key on tv didn't work, there was a loud bang when you sit on the bed from the frame. Sometimes you have to put your key card in 2-3 times for the door to unlock and open. All in all, not a horrible place, but not the best either.
