Reception, breakfast and bar area nice and welcoming. Friendly staff Breakfast very good Location is perfect

Lift broken, we were on the 3rd floor, husband disabled, no offer of a room on a different floor. Husband wouldn’t complain and struggled. Room small, bathroom very small and dated.

Location

The bed mattress was very bad quality. Extremely uncomfortable. Room service was useless. They never changed bed linen and towels even when asked. There was a big hole in the carpet. In general - room looked nothing like on the photo advert. Lift was out of order for last 3 days. Location was fine as expected, but parking was disaster.
