Bathroom was a good size. Hotel next to the train station was quick and handy.

Everything was fine.

Next door to the railway station so very convenient for us. Nice big bath towels. Nice view from our room. Staff arranged an early morning alarm call for us.

The lift wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor! Also, on the morning we were leaving, there was a problem with the cold water supply. My shower around 8.30am was fine, but when my husband had his shower around 9.15am, there was no cold water in the shower, meaning the hot water was uncomfortably hot with no way of cooling it down. It was also impossible to flush the loo as the cistern was empty and wouldn't refill. We put a note in the bathroom to inform staff. We later found out the lack of water unfortunately involved more than just our room and that the hotel staff started to address the problem immediately, so hopefully the problem will have been sorted before any other guests arrive.

Rubbish strewn everywhere in walk from very over priced car park Put on the top floor with the lift out of order, room stuffy, cracked sink and tiles, very dated and very very overpriced

It is so handy for the train station and town. The hotel is clean comfortable and staff are friendly. Stayed here lots would definately stay again.

Staff were helpful, professional & friendly. Car parking was good value and well signposted.

The location is excellent

Tired needs upgrading. Arrived on Sunday and lift was not working. Room on third floor and informed receptionist of heart condition which was responded to as all was available take it or leave it attitude. Hole the size of a side plate in room carpet looked like a burn. Paintwork scuffed in stairway and general air of neglect. When we left on Tuesday lift still not working, I would have thought that a Company that size would have a supplier who could cover all eventualities. This was a surprise trip for my wife’s birthday and sorry to say would NEVER use this hotel again.

Lift out of action for duration of our stay. We were on the 3rd floor. Requested a room with a bath and were told that most rooms have a bath. Our room did not have a bath.
