Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW

Good communication with the hotel and our request for single beds and a walk-in shower had been efficiently sorted. The Hotel is just a few metres from the station in Carlisle which was good, and yet it was quiet. Beds were comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was good quality with freshly cooked bacon, eggs, beans and sausages etc.

Good size room and bathroom. Shower good with plenty pressure.

Room was close to bin area and quite noisy during early morning

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice but a microwave would have been useful to warm the food to our liking The hotel was very comfortable and the staff we met were very helpful and welcoming

Na inchecken bleek de lift stuk. Alles koffers via de trappen naar de derde verdieping dragen. De eenpersoonskamer rook heel muf. De ramen konden niet dicht en zat naartoe een café met luide muziek. Tot overmaat van ramp een lekkage midden in de nacht waarvan ik wakker werd. En zo een korte nacht heb gehad. Persoonlijk dat geen geld terug wou geven voor al het ongemak. Er is beloofd dat de Manager zou bellen. Nu 5 dagen later nog steeds noet gebeurt. Ik zou het hotel mijden als je andere opties hebt.

Lift out of order 53 stairs to climb should have been informed before arrival about the situation The noise from revellers outside to 3 or 4 o’clock in the morning was terrible unable to sleep
