"Brief short stay over, hotel a little tired and windows need work on"

Location excellent

One window pain was replaced with a bit of strong cardboard/plastic. Could not really keep the windows open and room got very warm at night

"Okay needs some decor repairs and wheelchairs access is non existent, lift not working again"

Location excellent as we traveled by train. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent service by the late night bar staff. The staff had serious and difficult issues to deal with as a cold water pipe burst. They offered bottled water and gave a refund for the day when we were affected.

Lift was out of action and we were on the 3rd floor. However the staff did offer help with luggage. Water pipe burst and caused cold water shortage in the entire hotel.
