Our room with a view of the harbour was perfect, despite a large crane right in front of the window and beds were very comfy

There was no Hotel information in the room... No info on what the Wi-Fi password was, where to find the laundry, where to find the Pool etc. Also, the Grill in the Microwave had NOT been cleaned...quite off putting :( Finally, the shower handle was very close to you when showering and if bumped...suddenly affected the temperature of the water.
