Subject: Complaint Regarding Accommodation and Request for Partial Refund I booked this accommodation through Booking.com based on the description provided on the website, which advertised a luxury room with numerous amenities. I checked into Room 313 with my family. After arriving, I attempted to turn on the air conditioning and discovered that it was not functioning at all. I then tried to open the window and noticed that the window screen was torn and full of holes. Since it was late at night, I was unable to report these issues immediately. The following day, I contacted the front desk and requested a room change. We were moved to another room for the second night. However, I found it disappointing that although I had paid for three adults, the room was supplied with only one small bottle of shampoo and no napkins or tissues. Overall, the service and quality of this property were far below my expectations. In my experience, even a budget hotel such as Motel 6 offers better value and more reasonable rates. I paid approximately $350 for a two-night stay. After comparing rates with similar accommodations in the area, I believe I was overcharged by about $150, considering the condition of the room and the level of service provided. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request a partial refund of $150 to compensate for the inconvenience and the discrepancy between the advertised accommodations and the experience. Clean comtable and safe

Room was clean and shower was nice. Working fridge.

Meal selection was minimal. Quality was so-so. Room was small and dark, but clean with a hot shower and clean linen. I did not travel with my pet dogs this time. I was disappointed to learn that they now charge $25 per pet. This is not my definition of pet friendly, but rather almost abusive pricing.

The only good thing about this property was that it had hot water and good water pressure.

It was so disgusting and dirty I was afraid to let my baby walk on the floor in the room I was freaked out to even lay in the bed it was just nasty if we hadn’t of arrived at 1 am and they had already charged us for the room there would of been absolutely no way I would of slept here 0/10 I do not recommend!
