The manager was very helpful and kind when booking.

We had a transient get into one of our rooms, go through our belonging. We had to call the police to cut the lock and get them out. While this was happening, someone was trying to break into a car outside. The back door to the hotel did not auto lock so anyone could come in. The second incident was when me and my coworkers were meeting in the front lobby some woman started screaming at us yelling obscenities and then left the building. My room had pealing paint in the bathroom. Breakfast area was way to small. Construction was going on and no one told us a head of time. The pool was out of order.
