Loved the location

Property was clean & close to everything

At about 10PM, the elevator started opening and closing every thirty seconds. The doors were very noisy and squeaky. After alerting the hotel, and receiving no response, I finally left the room, walked down the hall, and pressed the button to send the elevator to the first floor. It came back. I alerted the front desk twice, but received no response until after 7AM. They could have taken action to stop the elevator. They did nothing. The noise went on all night. Our room was not next to the elevator, yet we could not sleep for the racket caused by the broken elevator. In addition, the hallway smelled of something rank. This hotel is not to the usual standard of Hampton Inn.

They didn’t have much food put out for breakfast like they used to

I had to change the first night stay from Tuesday to Wednesday. I messaged someone from this website and contacted the hotel, prior to our trip. I was told the rooms were canceled, but when we checked in on Wednesday, they had only canceled one room and not the other. I’m not sure if it is because one was under my name and one under my other guests name, but they were under the same reservation! They charged me a no show fee….which was not suppose to happen because the rooms were canceled. I even called the hotel to confirm this. After all these years using this website for my travels. I was always pleased. But after being charged for a stay I was confirmed was canceled, I will not be using them again.

Quality stay! Would pick here again!

Ice maker on the 4th floor ( odd numbers side ) was very dirty. Probably not working.

The staff was professional however I could easily the other person next door talking in the bathroom and coughing loudly which was quite unsettling!

Helpful staff, clean and comfy!
