Sauberkeit, Küchengeräte waren schmutzig, Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig, hast du hatte drei Schlösser, bewerben Garage war sehr, sehr eng, in jedem Fall nicht für ein übliches, normales, deutsches Auto gemacht, konnte nicht benutzt werden.

Excellent location, excellent apartment.

Miał być garaż w cenie, natomiast jego szerokość była o 5 centymetrów szersza od auta. Przez to musieliśmy parkować kilkanaście minut od apartamentu co wiązało się z dodatkowymi opłatami.

Location is exceptional

Cleanness of the house in general was bad, I found lots of bread crumbs on the windows sill, kitchen facilities were dirty, fans were covered with dust

The location and views were good. The apartment is clean although there was an outbreak of ants which required the vacuum cleaner (not on food or counter). It is adequately furnished, although a little worn.

All interactions with the host were extremely unpleasant. When we asked for more toilet paper, we were directed to the cleaning closet where we found a couple of partial rolls. A request for more was ignored, we had to buy our own. Coffee supplies does not fit the coffee maker. We had asked to check in one hour early because we could not control our arrival time. We were told by the host that we would receive a text when the apartment was ready., probably the 1 hour early, but absolutely not to check in until stated check in time unless we received specific permission. Therefore, we arrived expecting to be able to check-in and sat in the blazing sun on the steps until check in time because we received no notification that the apartment was ready.and assumed that someone was up there working on the apartment to get it ready, when we finally got in, it was clear that no one had been there for the preceding hour, and we could easily have checked in at that time. All interactions were snarky and sarcastic. I do not recommend this place. Vacation in a new place is stressful enough without dealing with hosts who clearly have no interesr6 in your enjoyment.

The view was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and a short walk to the main restaurants. Can walk to San Giovanni train station approx 30mins. Great check in video, was helpful to complete payment city tax before the stay.

2 flights of stairs, no elevator. Ok for daily use but challenging with heavy bag when first arriving. No shelf in the shower.

Great apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to the city center. Wonderful views of the lake. Would return for another visit!
