Location fantastic and the view was amazing

No toaster and kettle but we managed and the fans worked well buy air con would make this even better

Very close to the main center of Como. Spacious and Clean. View from master room was lovely. Good shower and large bathroom.

For the amount paid for accommodation we were very surprised to find that some of the basics required to help travellers were not provided. There was no Dishwashing liquid, Washing Machine Powder, or bathroom basics (shampoo/conditioner) provided. Even a small quantity of these items for one wash would have been appreciated until we could do a shop as these are not items you would normally carry in a suitcase. (I hope the Dishwashing Liquid, Laundry Powder we had left over from our short stay would be left for the next travellers to use.) There was no dish drying rack and only 1 Tea Towel. The view from the Master Bedroom is stunning and as per the photos provided but we did overlook that the view could only be appreciated from the Master Bedroom as there is no balcony or patio off the lounge area. You can only see the stunning view when standing up in the lounge. There seems to be an ant infestation and there is no air-conditioning making it very difficult to sleep when very hot. Leaving the windows open at night is not an option with the road noise. Very few power points and very overpriced for what was provided.

Location is great. Lake view was amazing. It is very close to the lake and facalities. Rest. shops etc. House was clean. Balcony is great.

The only thing was ant problem. And shower door was not working properly. It gives the water to the floor. And there should be a kettle in the kitchen for coffee and tea makers. And there has to be a air conditioning this level accommodation. Not fan.

The flat has insects and wasn't clean. The flat was dirty at arrival and family spent the night in the car. Very bad experience never again.

Location is with nice view, close to Como, spacious, easy check in and check out.

Apartment is very very hot, even with fans. Shower is hopeless, very small. Apartment was dirty had to be cleaned again. Car space is very small, good size for Fiat Panda. If windows are open the street noise is very loud, so at night hard to sleep.

The flat is huge with an amazing view and even a delightful rock garden in the back.

The only thing I would flag was the water temperature of the shower, we had to put fully towards hot to get it at a good temperature, which makes me suspect the boiler temperature is set a bit too low. Would be better to set it higher. This was the only thing.

the location was great. few minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and lakeside. fantastic view of the lake and property was quite spacious.

the kitchen was not super clean and was missing basic stuffs such as washing soap, kitchen towel, etc….
