Great location, grounds and nice room.

Staff were poorly trained, especially in the restaurant. Overbearing and frustring to deal with. Hotel miss took a payment month before it should have through booking.com, and didn't recognise this. Only through VISA investigating was this discovered. Transfer from airport is x7 more than a local taxi or grab ... Just incredibly poor value. Hotel was very expensive relative to what it offered.

Very beautiful hotel with colonial charm and history. It has been an iconic structure in centre of town for many years. The dinning room is very nice and of course their suites. All the staff are excellent and very attentive.

Foods could be better though staff serving are fantastic!
