"Rooms need cleaning"

We stayed here for my husband’s surgery at the hospital next door and we did get a med discount so that was nice but the cleaning of the rooms have gone down. Second time here. This time there was mold in the shower and food crumbs on the carpet. Front desk staff are wonderful and the lobby was clean. Our room was not.

"AWFUL from check in to check out and will tell everyone to steer clear"

I gave it a 1 because ZERO wasn’t an option. RUDE staff both at night and in morning. Dirty hotel and pillows smelled like they hadn’t been laundered. Someone from Corporate needs to visit and see for themselves what all these negative reviews are about! Marriott should NOT have their name on this property!!!!!

"Is this really a Marriott?"

This is not what I was expecting when I stay at a Marriott! ! The location is great! but…. the hotel is dirty throughout the common areas and the rooms. Yuk!! I always check the mattress and I was shocked to see a mattress cover that was so torn up, stained, etc…. I won’t even say the details. This is a Marriott not some truck stop motel. The condition of the cover was so bad it really needed to be thrown away . I guess loosing customers is more beneficial than housekeeping.
