Nothing. The staff was horrible

The website said soundproof rooms and my husband was playing music on the tv (not very loud) and a member of the staff banged on our door saying we needed to turn it down. Then my husband did and 5 mins later we was in bed and there was another bang on the door and 3 cops were standing there saying we have to leave the hotel right now then escorted us out even though we complied with the request and was going to bed. It is ridiculous and now I’m fighting to get refunded the money because they didn’t even wait to see if we complied before calling the cops.

No alcohol at breakfast was a problem

When we checked into the hotel the woman at the front desk was professional but not friendly and we felt like we were an inconvenience. We tried to make conversation but she was straight to the point and cold. The room was noting like the pictures. It wasn't terrible but not what we expected for the price. The first morning when we woke up and went down stairs for two coffee's and two pastries which cost $25.00 for which we were ok with but the man serving us was again professional but by no way polite making us feel more like an inconvenience. When we came back the first night the room had not been cleaned and I had to go down to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes. The next day we caught house keeping which were extremely pleasant and willing to help. They checked and said that our room was not on the list to be cleaned. When we returned that night the room was cleaned and restocked. We noticed that people were putting their trash and towels in front of their doors in the hallway and the trash by the elevator was always full. We will not stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to friends.

I was able to check out late, which was excellent. There was a loud tailgating party in the parking lot, but when I called the front desk at 11pm, they immediately went outside and asked for the music to be turned down, which was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

It was ok ...the room had a funny smell and was a lil hot like the ac wouldnt cool enough

Double charged on booking and at the hotel.

Location was what I needed but that just about all I liked about this stay.

Mr Patrick Thank you so much for helping me with our visit last night. My wife had to go through some serious testing that we still are unaware of the outcome and really appreciate the adjustment while we stayed there at the Courtyard. We will be booking our next stay in the future with you at the Courtyard. We can rate our stay and the service you ultimately delivered to us as a 5 star experience.
