The modern decor

The room had not been properly cleaned. There was used soap in the shower, and hair on the ground in the bathroom. The elevator area was also dirty.

"Dirty hotel"

This hotel has really gone downhill. I’ve stayed here many times when I visit family. Unfortunately, this time was the last. I had an online reservation and arrived late Saturday due to a delayed flight. I was given two rooms that were dirty and the electronic keys didn’t work. The first room had a filthy toilet. The second room had stains on the sheets. I was told to contact the manager, which I did, and got zero response. I did finally get a clean room but was charged more than my reservation. Seriously?!?! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
