"The room was clean but only had 1 bar of soap, with 3 people it should’ve been more"

The receptionist was very nice.

The alarm went off we had to exit the building and then they said it was a false alarm. My son ask for extra blankets and the blankets smell so bad that he gave them back.

It was pet friendly, great location for us.

Adding fees when we arrived seemed out of line. No actual amenities, really. But if one wants affordability I get it. Overall though the location is in poor condition. Ice machines out of service, damaged paint and flooring on thexelvators, outdated decorative tables on each floor at the elevator entrance area. It all looked like a place that is either going to be taken down, or undergo a MAJOR renovation.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Justin and Karen were great. Breakfast restaurant was excellent. Very clean, charming and great food quality.

TV did not work. Tech was helpful but we had to change rooms from 521 to 511. Room 511 was adequate. TV in the bedroom was extremely low and hard to watch while lying down. Drains in the shower and sink were both stopped up. Coffee maker did not work. Room 511 was near a busy avenue and it was loud. Had a hard time getting to sleep.
