"Fun Weekend!"

We had a great time on a cold Winter weekend! The hotel is nice and had plenty of room on the 2nd floor to read, play games, and shuffle board. Edmund at the front desk is very helpful with good customer service skills. It is a walk away from the Power and Light district. The fam had a great time with games at KC sporting bar down the road. It was close to Union Station for our gymnastics meet. Great experience, thanks.

"Wonderful event booked at Speakeasy"

We held a private event for work at the Speakeasy this week and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was great for our evening. Jordan, Bri and Megan were friendly, attentive and fun. Our team had a great time and we will book again in the future.

"Loved the art deco architecture and our view from the 20th floor!"

Our meal at the Tavernonna Italian Kitchen was delicious. Your lobby is fabulous!

We were really disappointed with the breakfast. The potatoes, scrambled eggs and the biscuits & gravy were all cold! There was no juice, only water. When booking the room, we picked the plan that included a $12 breakfast per person. Instead we were charged $48, which was outrageous for the quality of food that was there!

The location was great and having valet service was a plus

We didn’t get our room until 45 minutes after the promised check in time. Had to remind front desk staff that we were waiting for our room or I feel we would have been forgotten. We also found a cockroach in our room and a used bandaid. Tried to converse with the hotel about the situation and have heard nothing back 3 days later.

"Save your money"

The breakfast at Tavernonna was terrible, milk was warm, toast was dry and crumbly...Eggs undercooked. I requested the highest floor possible 6 months ago when booked, and then again when checking in online the morning of the stay. Was told 2001 was our room on the top floor 3 hours before arrival. When we get there my digital key said our room was 1211. Reached out and was told my original room was no longer available. Walked into an empty speakeasy for 1 drink before dinner at another place and was told we couldn't sit down anywhere because we didnt have a reservation. There was 4 customers in there at the time
