"Berkley is the hidden gem of the speakeasy"

Berkley was our server and she was very knowledgeable of the drink selections. She recommended great drink options that were a perfect selection for me. The drinks were smooth, tasteful, and creative. I came back the next night to try another drink recommendation from Berkley. It was another great selection. The drink was flavorful while it's spirit strength was on full display.

"Expensive but comfortable"

Gorgeous architecture

One of the elevators got stuck shortly after we arrived. We attempted to use the stairs to go down and the stairs don’t go all the way to the floor. I asked the front desk about it and they said stairs are only for emergencies that we should just use the other two elevators.

"Fran and Ryan"

The service at the restaurant from Fran and Ryan was the best service I have received anywhere from any Hilton location I have been too. They were truly the most amazing people, great service and wonderful to talk to. Truthfully, they’re the reason I will be going back to March to hopefully run into them again! "Great old charm unique hotel in a great downtown location of Kansas City!"

Such a great “old” hotel! From the wood paneling and old elevators and even the mail slot this hotel is full of charm. Plus they hold your luggage so you don’t have to explore with it before check in. Would highly recommend
