Clarion Inn & Suites at the Outlets of Lake George

We have been staying here for years, but this was the first time we had a balcony. The room was good. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. We usually stay in late Nov or early Dec due to the proximity to the Mall. Having a Starbucks out front is a big plus.

I can't think of anything I disliked.

Basic clean and good customer service.

The room was right next to the breakfast place so it was a bit noisy.

Very good location for attending the Queensbury Invitational. It's nice that there's a starbucks right out front. Lots of other teams stayed here, and I think this is also the case for when Queensbury hosts NYS Cross Country State Championships. Be prepared for lots of teens. Pool was a nice feature

Disappointed that the hot tub/spa wasn't working. Rooms were satisfactory, nothing particularly special.

Carpets were dirty and bathroom needs update.

We have stayed here for many years in a row, going to the outlets previously, the place was always very clean and very accommodating to travelers this time. It was very dirty. The vending machines weren’t working and when we asked different questions at the desk, we didn’t get much response.

We have stayed here previously many years this year. This place seems to be getting rundown. The place is dirty and they are not very accommodating to gas. When asked for water we said that we needed to go across the street. The mending machines didn’t work.
