Staff was friendly and helped immediately with any problems or questions

I booked 2 rooms that I had to clean both bathrooms before my family would use them and the rest of the rooms were very dusty and needed a vacuum

Location, hot tub, pool, bed.

Our coffee maker in the room was broken. Some switches were sticking out of the walls. Bathroom layout was terrible.. We aren't picky, but these things stuck out during our stay.

"Good price for a nice place to rest our head."

The room was clean, bathroom had plenty of towels, good breakfast options, bed was comfy!

Carpet floors looked like they could use a deep shampooing. Breakfast room could use some more decorations to feel more inviting!
