Baymont by Wyndham Grand Haven

Room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool area. Breakfast was excellent.

Location is prime to downtown, that's the best thing about the hotel besides it is pet friendly which is a huge plus for me.

It's not the cleanest probably because It is pet friendly. Tub had a big piece of plaster on the bottom that was resealed or something. Pet area is so small so I walk them out to the front grass in front of hotel so they can walk a bit before they potty.

Breakfast was fine

The TV in our room wasn’t working correctly when we went to the front desk the person at the front told us that the hotel they brought the wrong TVs?? so took a little bit for that. The air-conditioning wasn’t working really well either. Front desk workers were very young but or at least helpful. I felt like our room in the hallways were not very clean. Breakfast was OK.

Staff is excellent. Breakfast was very good. Bed was a little sagging on both sides. For price rooms seem a little run down

For price rooms seemed a little run down Bed was sagging on both sides...sheets did not fit well. Tub could use a makeover

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The lobby, breakfast area and carpet in the hallways/stairwell were dirty. The plug was out of our drain in our tub and the tub would just fill up with water.

Rooms were.clean

Air-conditioning noisy and didnt.work well.
