Housekeeping. Beds.

Air conditioner needs work. Guttering on exit/entrance flooded area, when raining(reported). " Child-size toilets).People on outside stairs smoking weed. People by front,by main entrance doors smoking weed(when told by me,they had to be 25' from building) I was told by night manager ""I"" would have to leave!!!!! Never happened. I witnessed one customer talking to manager,who said she had asked for maintenance to look at ""mold"" in room,asked to leave. As we departed another customer must have gotten her room because she also complained, and was asked to leave,or be escorted by police. We will never return.

Carpet in room hadn't been vacuumed before our check-in. After our second night stay, we had left the room returned later that day and key card wouldn't let us in our room. Went to desk for help, and had to wait in line as several others were checking in. Waiting nearly 15 minutes in line, finally talked to person at desk, explained our problem and was given new cards and told that someone entered our reservation for only 2 nights not 3. Just was a hassle to stand in line for help getting into our room.
