PHThe hotel had good rooms and facilities! The room was spacious and always cleaned, with good wifi too. In terms of facilities and activities, there is a wide range of things that people can do to relax and unwind such as the pools and the spa. It also has a weekly cultural night which I found interesting. It was also right beside the Nile with its own feluccas for hotel guests. Since the hotel has some distance from the downtown area, I appreciated that it had its own restaurants in the hotel (although a bit pricey, but that was expected.)
The hotel was a bit far from the downtown area, and there wasn't much outside the hotel.

ESExcellent staff and the outside pool area and spa pool are beautifully maintained as is the spa. However the rooms although clean and well serviced need updating. The decor is very tired and needs to be replaced. The wall colours and furniture are dark and need to be changed. I have been to the hotel every year for the last ten years and really love my time there. However it’s time to refurbish those rooms.
The music at the main pool is often too loud.
