Quality Inn near Six Flags Discovery Kingdom-Napa Valley

Close location for my visit. Near many food places to eat. Comfy bed.

A bit dated in terms of furnishings. Consistent smell of marijuana smoke in the hallways.

Location, convenience and having the fridge and microwave in the room already. Such a convenience.

Upgrade on some old looking microwave.

Very convenient for near shopping and restaurants

Breakfast . Need to improve the breakfast like bagels and bread toast

The room was more than big enough for just myself.

Everything seemed old and dated. The wood flooring need replacing, as it looked old and worn and I could hear others walking around. The carpets need a deep cleaning b/c it was easy to see dark spots. The breakfast area was too small for the number of people that were in there, and it got crowded quickly.

Marijuana smell all throughout 1st floor all day and night. I REPORTED IT AND THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING SOMEONE IN OUR PARTY WAS ALLERGIC. Front desk was rude and had no clue what they were doing. I could not check in right away my kids were stuck in the car for over hr and half because of this. The lady at the front desk did not know what to do when a card was declined and it didn't just decline mine. It declined other people. She didn't tell us she was new, until I overheard her talking to someone else. I let go before me after I had already tried talking to her. The second time I went up. I had to demand I asked her to call her manager. She wasn't going to do it until I had to get a little snippy and told her to call her manager or their owner and to figure it out, then I had to proceed to call booking.com to fix this, because she still didn't know how to check me. In so my kids were stuck in a hot car for over an hour. We were with a large group paying for our own rooms, and when I asked for towels for all three rooms, they kept getting snippy with us.And tried to keep giving us foot mat towels, not towels to dry with.And I was returning the dirty towels to em, as I was asking for new towels from a shower or from swimming. They only had minimal choices for what's supposed to be a continental breakfast. 2 flavors of yogurt, raspberry and cherry, waffles, Cereal and fruit that wasn't even any good. They wouldn't do anything about the noisy. People around the hotel when brought to their attention, they were louder than my t.v. after hrs With pounding on our floor.

The attendant at the front desk was knowledgeable and knew her stuff. Nice to see people not be afraid of interacting with customers as people! Thank you for that. Made me feel like we were at home ☺️🤗

No breakfast at time posted. People were looking around waiting for the doors to open. For breakfast.
