Very noisy! Nice place if they can get the cleaning crews not to come at night anymore and make noise from adjacent units.

Great place by the beach. The apartment was updated with all the amenities. Definitely will be back on my next trip to Haifa.

Pros: Amazing View: The view is breathtaking and a highlight of the stay. Near the Beach: Perfect location for beach lovers, just a short walk away. Great Place: The apartment has potential to be a cozy getaway. Cons: Very Noisy: Constant drilling noises every morning make it impossible to sleep in or work remotely. Not Clean: Found a lot of dirt under the bed, which suggests poor cleaning standards. Poor Maintenance: The building is dirty and poorly maintained, which detracts from the experience. Parking Issues: Finding parking is a hassle, often requiring parking in unauthorized spaces. Old Stove: The electric stove is outdated, making it difficult to cook even a basic meal. Overall, while the location and view are fantastic, the noise, cleanliness, and maintenance issues make it challenging to fully enjoy the apartment.

Generally it was good, location amazing. Perfect place to get your head down after venturing out to the beach.

Noise at mid of night

Excellent I love it

We stayed in the winter season. Location is great - first line to the sea and boardwalk. Living room cosy and sofa-bed suitable for child. Bedroom is well furnished, mattress very comfortable, but pillows need improvement. Very good noise isolation and heat insulation. Very nice kitchen with full size stove and fridge. TV's are brand new and connected to the internet. Solid wifi. Everything looks brand new and a delight. Bathroom is in the older style of the hotel but all is in mint condition. The apartment has room for dog. Side sea view. Parking space depends on the season and time of day. Building has a paid parking lot. Location allows us to get anywhere in the city very quickly.

Pillows need improvement. Only one window.
