the place including elevators need a bit of an update and the parking is really bad around that area

The room was spacious and clean. Very nice view to the sea. I especially liked the Kitchen facilities. There was everything I needed: a microwave, a big Fridge, coffee machine, a kettle and nice stock of coffee, sugar and tea. There were a few bottles of water in the fridge which was nice. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The instructions to get the room were clear and sent by whats-app. The response from the owner to any question or request was quick, through the whats-app.

The nearest and free parking lot was always full, if you needed to park nearby you had to wait until someone left the parking lot. There was a small supermarket outside -2 floor but this back end of the building was unpleasant to go through.

Would highly recommend.Comfortable, clean, and and enjoyable.Would stay again.
