"UTV. great room, great breakfast."

Perfect location for match day at Villa Park. Some nice touches in the rooms. Easy to get to the train station to go to the Bull Ring etc. Breakfast was really good.

was very quiet in terms of guests so the pub was only opened if we needed it. only one other family staying. Rooms were oldy-woldy but great to see and experience.

"Cosy, comfy and very friendly staff"

Lovely character about the place, made to feel very welcome on arrival and during my stay. Breakfast was amazing even at 715am !!! Room was very clean, slept so well even though I had to take a leap up onto the high bed.

It was very close to the stadium which is why I chose it My initial welcome was very frosty but the hosts were very friendly and the breakfast staff were friendly too.

The road works - but that’s not their fault! I wouldn’t stay in this location unless I needed to stay somewhere close to the stadium

Absolutely outstanding! The hotel is very clean, well-maintained and stylishly decorated (Victorian-style). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were received very warmly. The hotel has a tavern - a typical real English pub, which is incredibly impressive. The pub is a must visit on a match day. For tourists who want to be at the Aston Villa match, there is no better place to stay. Definitely recommended! Excellent English breakfast
