Days Inn by Wyndham Willcox

Customer service is terrible. The check-in clerk was rude and dismissive of my request for a room on the first floor, even though the hotel was obviously 90% empty. Reason for denial of request was that I booked the room through their 3rd party agent and I should have requested the 1st floor room when I made my reservation. I was asked for an additional payment for a $15 pet fee, but later when I checked my credit card charge on line, I was charged $115. I asked for a written statement of the transaction to include previously disclosed $75 pet deposit that doesn’t add up to $115, I was denied and told to get my statement when I checkout. Hotel is owned by the Bay Area Investment Group, but the website does not include readily available contact information for hotel operations and management.

They advertised breakfast but for some reason, they DID NOT serve breakfast. The shower tub was very slippery, they need to install a mat. The floors looked clean but walking on them with white socks turned the bottom of the socks black.

Convenient, comfortable, quiet.

The location

The staff that checked us in was not very friendly. The room was not that clean. The beds were clean, but the floor was dirty. There was stuff on the floor floors. They never once checked in our three day. Stay if we need a new towels new toilet paper nothing they never checked on us not once we had to go get our own towels and toilet paper.

overall experience was not good. the room was dirty filled with hair all over the place, the bed sheets were inside out and the towels, the hand towels and wash rags were dirty.

The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and the television in my room was also nonfunctional. When I contacted the front desk, I was told these were issues affecting the entire hotel. Later in the evening, I attempted to take a shower and discovered there was no hot water. The water was cool and never warmed up, even after letting it run for several minutes. Between the lack of Wi-Fi, a nonworking TV, and no hot water, the accommodations fell well below acceptable standards. These are basic amenities that travelers reasonably expect, and their absence significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Didn't eat breakfast.

It's just a bad location and very noisy. The Wifi was down the whole three days we were there.
