Sehr sehr sauber. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage war defekt, deswegen Frühstück und Tiefgarage sowie Getränke kostenfrei. Tolle Geste

Durch die defekte Klimaanlage war es bei 36 Grad draußen sehr warm im Zimmer aber dafür konnte das Hotel nichts

"Overall it was a nice staycation. Just the AC especially summer time, need to fix it."

The location is near the central station. The room is spacious. All the staff are friendly, nice and very accommodating. Muang or Maung (i forgot) was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The air conditioner in our room was not working properly. It was hot all through out our stay. They told us that they were working on it but nothing happened.

"Ideale Lage neben dem Hauptbahnhof."

Die Lage gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof ist ideal für Durchgangsreisende. Ruhige Zimmer gibt es auch. Das Personal ist äußerst professionell und freundlich.

Die Klimanlage war kaputt, und außerdem fiel auch noch der Aufzug aus. Doppeltes Pech. Das Personal ist aber sehr professionell mit der Situation umgegangen und hat hervorragend mit den Gästen kommuniziert. Ein Getränk oder Frühstück wurde als Kompensation gratis angeboten. Also alles gut.

"Nice place, but please fix the Air Conditioning."

I liked the modern style and friendly staff.

There was no AC for two nights, the room was an oven, even the hallway was much cooler. I had to ask for a fan which seemed like it was a bit of trouble for them to find. And the room had a slight sewer smell, I'm not sure if that was because I had to have the window open? And then there were bugs in my room because I had the window open. I barely slept for the two nights I was there.
