Staff was pleasant enough and the facilities were relatively clean. Hotel was very near train station and easy to find.

THIS HOTEL STATES THAT IT PROVIDES AIR CONDITIONING (A/C) BUT IT DOES NOT. There are European hotels that advertise "A/C" in their amenities, but then refuse to operate it or else don't maintain it. Hamburger Hof is one of these. The clerk allowed me to move rooms, and the system showed "on," but it just blew tepid air. I roasted until I opened the window to hear the loud traffic and train station traffic below.

とにかくフランクフルト中央駅から近いのが良かった。

スタッフの鍵の使い方やエアコンの使い方の説明がなかったので、最初とても苦労した。シャワールームが狭くて、使いづらかった。このホテルに限らないが、フランクフルト中央駅前は浮浪者や目付きの悪い多国籍の人種が大声を出しているので、夜遅く駅に着く場合は気をつけて下さい。
