Easy check in. Much appreciated. Desk was very helpful and attentive. I enjoyed the stay. It was a cold night, but the heat is my room was very good.

Bed was uncomfortable and bugs in the bathroom

This is my SECOND review. I need everyone to understand that front desk Julie needs to be fired. There are multiple other complaints here and on GOOGLE that name her. She is very rude. Other clerks Jazmin and Lidia very kind. Julie will scream at you and overcharge you. If you call and ask for a reciept she will tell you to get lost. Juli should not work in any hotel ever or with customers.

I checked in with the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I asked the overnight woman what her name was and she said Julie. If it weren't for Julie, my stay would have been excellent. Lydia and Jasmin deserve a raise for how kind and caring they are. Please fire Julia.

Easy to book and quick once I got there. Private and secure.

Very hard to find the right road. Suggest making signs for correct route bigger one you leave the interstate.
