Days Inn by Wyndham Concordia

Very friendly and efficient staff, nicely appointed room and facility. Check in was fast and courteous with good advice on the area restaurants and stores. Room wa quiet and bed was extremely comfortable with just the right amount of firmness.

The room was clean enough. Inside of the room had some damages that needed repair, and the door looked to have been kicked in several times. Outside of the building is showing some age/damage. Apparent drug users hanging around the corner from our room. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was dirty. There was what looked like blood on the bed. The chair was stained. There was crumbs and dirt everywhere. Food left from the previous person. The pool was freezing cold to the point it was unbearable. The hot tub had no water dirt and bugs. None of the staff seemed bothered or concerned about the state of things until I said we were checking out.

Mattress was not comfortable

Piss stains and hair all over the toilet. Small black hairs all over the sheets. We checked in late after a mistake was made by the booking company, and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, and very annoyed by our presence. When we saw how dirty the room was we came back downstairs and no one was to be found! After going back to the room and trying to call, still no answer! My girlfriend went back out to the car to get our own blankets and cleaning supplies, and spent 20 minutes scrubbing the bathroom before it was able to be used! The shower itself was about belly button high, so cramped and unusable for people like us who are only average height. Finally after she used the bathroom we were able to find someone who gave us new sheets! Even that was a fight! They tried to defend their horrible service before finally surrendering some new questionable looking sheets. Before all of this even happened, there was a problem when I I made the initial reservation, the date was wrong, and I needed to change it to the evening we arrived. They would not help at all to switch the date, and said they would help me get it figured out in the morning, After I booked a new room for that evening. but then, the next day I was told I would not get a refund for the wrong booking, because It was already a day late. So they lied lied to my face so they wouldn’t have to give me a refund. These people are running a scam and provide a terrible service in a disgusting building.

Need remodeling badly.

The rooms are not cleaned as they should be.. there was hair on the towels and the bathroom wall. There floors had not vacuumed, the cable wouldn’t work, it did for about 30 minutes. We left and came back and had nothing, the rest of the time. There are horrible water spots all over the ceiling, and there was chicken bones and trash on the floor. It was also very loud. Someone knocking on our room at 2:00 am and no one there.. would only allow us a 30 minute late check out. Owner is nice though!

My teenage daughter traveling stayed at this hotel and had a 10 STAR experience. The manager ARCHANN not only took excellent care of over the phone reservations. SHE STAYED AFTER HER SHIFT to make sure my daughter was safe and secure in this quaint hotel. It is older but very clean and comfortable. So grateful for good people and off the charts customer service Well done One grateful momma
