Days Inn by Wyndham Concordia

There are a lot of nice things about the hotel. The front room is nice, much of the furniture is nice. The outside doors require close attention to be sure they actually close, and the nice granite tables are in serious disrepair. One nightstand in my room wasn't attached to the granite slab wobbling on top. The desk is two sides, held together by the granite, but the legs on each side are separating from the top. You can rotate it 25 degrees from lock to lock, without moving it. Front desk is about as personable as a tree stump, but was kind when she did speak and handled business in a respectable and timely manner. They allege they are currently renovating. As of 3-17-25, i can't see any work being done. I think they're getting ready to start. Excited to see the results! It will help a great deal.

Dirty, free breakfast was worthless- you can get cereal anywhere, pool was cold and dirty. Horrible stay will not stay again

When we arrived at 10pm got our room I checked in online but still had to do 2 pieces of paperwork. No pet no early clock in or out. Was there to sleep and leave to go to funeral.. we had a pillow fight and the smoke detector fell down hanging on wall we fixed but didn't realize some of the ceiling dust was left/dropped on the floor would cause a 45 dollar charge saying we had cats and they found litter and hair.. (i dont like cats) (who travels to a funeral with animals?) Not me!! stating it was by the trash can and sink but both trash cans were left by the front door. ( i bagged and tied my trash) I left at 9.40 am. I should of went to office to have a walk thru with such a run down place. But i didnt and the videos i thought i took i must not have saved for some reason.. but booked a reservation with smoking upon arriving it wasn't available I said but I reserved it and the lady said we'll u also came later then you said you was gunna be here?? Like so that's an excuse to give my reservation up?? I already paid for the room so I should have got the room I requested.. but I didn't!! Then when calling this morning the lady was very rude and when I asked the lady for manger name she said we'll we have pictures and which I requested and was told no.. I will be contacting management.. i told her to watch cameras we carried our pack backs in she said agh I've seen people hide animals in there bags and got rude ans disconnected the call... DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

It needs to be cleaned and some repairs should be done.

The bed was comfortable

The hot tub didn't function the indoor pool had no heat inside building so was very cold and not for swimming during the winter, the bathtub plunger to hold water in was broken, the bathroom sink faucet was on a constant leak it was broken, the ceiling was falling in looked like previous water damage from the upstairs, the staff was nice but rude as well. There was no toilet paper and the television was very old. Was pretty bad.

Disappointed on the breakfast. Bare minimum. Pancakes, cereal and toast. No eggs or meat.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in clerk was friendly

This motel ripped us off so bad. I clicked the wrong button apparently and booked for a week from now while driving on the highway. Then I showed up 15 minutes later. They said that the charge was non-refundable and insisted on charging me for the date a week off as well as tonight. I am out 60$. They told me to contact the national chain. But when I contacted them, they said that they had spoken to this individual hotel here and the owner had told them not to give me a refund.

No one at desk when I arrived. I rang bell and still stood there for 10 minutes waiting. When we got up to room the hot water didn’t work in sink. There was a lamp with missing light bulb, so an empty socket on a plugged in lamp. Water damaged ceiling and overall dirty look to the place.
