Days Inn by Wyndham Concordia

The Health Department should shut this place down.

First off, I booked this room for my daughter and son in law. It was for a non-smoking king bed room. Once they got checked in, it was close to 11pm. They get to the room, and it reeked cigarette smoke inside. They went to the desk to ask for another room, they were told it was their last room available, so they went back to the room and had to deal with it. About an hour later, they both started to itch and realized they had bug bites all over them, presumably bed bugs. They reported it to the front desk and then asked for a refund. They were told that they would have to contact Booking.com since that's how the room got booked. They then checked out less than 2 hours after they arrived and slept in their car. Now I contacted the hotel and let them know of their experience and they first responded that they were not made aware of any issues and there was nothing they could do and that nobody told them to contact Booking.com. Then, after multiple back and forth messages, they responded that they signed the folio agreement that there are no refunds after 15 minutes after they check in, hotel policy. I then contacted Booking.com customer support, and my account was just credited a whole $12.69 for our troubles. They are supposed to be contacting the hotel, but they will more than likely deny everything, and I will be out close to $70.

I would recommend sleeping in your car, before pulling in this this old ran down place . I had to clean my own room before I could even relax I paid 924$ for a disgusting bed which I do believe is infested with bed bugs I got two bites on ankle and my knee they are red a swollen. I have never felt so disgusted at a place in my life. If u want clean towl u gotta get your own or u will not have any The pool don't get in it it is freezing cold I would not recommend any one stay here unless u bout to freeze to death lol.

For what I paid it was ok for a night. Don't take you sock off, because the rug was sticky from being dirty. They did accommodate me to the first level because I have a boot and crutches.

This is a ran down church looking hotel that has more holes and bigs than ive ever seen so far tho havent seen any on the bed just like the walls and floor got bit up alot.

Very old and not clean at all. Could hear the people in the next room having a conversation and they weren’t even screaming. Went to check out in the morning and the front desk clerk had their head on the counter sleeping. Will never stay there again.

As soon as i walked n to check in the lady didnt tell me i had to go in to other doors so i felt stupid and then she straight up got down to it as if i interrupted her sitting there do n nothing. So as rude as she was i told her not to be rude and she had nothing to say at all. Then all nite long she kept messing with us knocking on the door while we were tryn to sleep and tryn to run away every time. But we seen her before she could b out of site this went on all nite long even before check out time in the morning. Then not only that there was a lighter left in the bathroom on top of the toilet hidden in a nasty wash cloth as if the broken ceilling wasnt enough to get rid of the smoke from whoever supposedly cleaned it last and well not clean not nice springs poping out hurting you all nite it was all i could afford and so so horrible

Pros- great water pressure, comfy beds, pillows ok, quite for the most part you do hear the big trucks, nice staff. Cons- hot tub doesn't work, freezing pool, dirty chair in the room, shower head is short if your under 5 feet you should be able to fit under there to take a shower, breakfast pancake machine broke so don't count on that. Don't clean the room everyday or even take out the trash.

A really nice and cheap place to stay. Dogs are a small fee, but very welcoming

The toilet ran all night. The tub would not drain unless you held the button the drain button down or up don’t know which wish I would’ve took pictures. Did not the sink wouldn’t turn completely off. The carpet was nasty. I’m assuming they put me in a dog room because the carpet was tore in the middle. I didn’t even walk across the floor in my bare feet. I use their towels to walk across the floor their pancake machine was broke. Don’t know how long that’s been broke. Needless to say I will never stay there again. The pictures that I’ve seen on here are pretty accurate if not spot on and worse. I don’t know how this can be a Wyndham Property. Wyndham needs to come in here and investigate it and pull their days and sign off of it and tell them they’re no longer Wyndham.
