Holiday Inn can improve the condition of their carpets in the hallway next to the room (it was smelling). They can also improve the condition of their exercise room by doing the following: 1) Provide cleaning wipes, 2) Provide yoga mats for doing stretching exercises on the floor, 3) improve ventilation in the room (since the room had a musty smell).

Nice and clean. Somewhat central to my conference at CSUN (20 minute commute) with a Starbucks on the way. Plenty of good dining options or use of DoorDash. They it me in a corner room to help finish loud bar below (which was appreciated). Had little fridge, Keurig, microwave in room. Ice out by elevator. Brought up additional hangars quickly when requested. Desk clerk was very warm and pleasant.

Parking- narrow small spots. Makes it difficult to get in and leave with anything other than compact vehicles parking in it.
