You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Our property does NOT have any convertible couches or rollaway beds. We are pet-friendly with limited pet rooms, and ONLY first floor has the availability for any kind of pets or service animals. All our rooms are nonsmoking; we don't have any smoking rooms. We have smoke-free rooms. Also, cooking is not allowed in the rooms. We have a penalty of $400 for cooking and a $250 fine for smoking in the rooms. However, we have some designated smoking areas near the lobby for our guests' convenience. We require a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in for incidentals or property damage. In case of property damage, smoking in the rooms, cooking, undeclared pets; the deposit will be forfeited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
