Very pleasant stay

Near highway

Very poor up keep. Looked extremely neglected . Front desk rude. Room was clean to bear minimum.

Dingy washcloth and towels

Interior was modern and looked clean.

I dropped an earring on the floor and saw build up of dirt, trash and a shirt under the bed.

Don’t waste your time. Old and outdated and smells. Very unsafe area .didn’t even stay for the night I checked in and checked out and they refuse to give me money back

The hotel guest made me uncomfortable . Didn’t even bother to go to room. Still waiting on hotel to call back

El personal y la limpieza, especialmente la limpieza de la habitación que estaba perfectamente limpia y olía muy bien a limpia. Aunque el hotel está cerca de la I-95, la habitación era muy silenciosa, muy amplia y muy cómoda.

El desayuno era muy poco variado.

The location was good. The gentleman on check in was lovely

It was filthy and run down. To get to your room, you run a gauntlet of people smoking outside the rooms, forcing you to breathe in the clouds of smoke. Our floor was crunchy with mud/dirt. Our curtain was torn and hanging down. Our towels had black stains and our sheets were gross with stains. The frame on our full length mirror was broken, causing our mirror to hang out perilously. The door was shockingly covered with scratches and paint scrapes, looking like a war zone (see picture). A chunk of our ceiling was hanging down. Breakfast was the most limited I've ever encountered. No hot food, no yogurt, no juice (juice machine turned around backwards), no eggs.... nothing but bread, 2 cereals, and waffles and apples. That's it. We were a family group that booked two rooms. The other room was just as bad. Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. I'm utterly baffled by its rating. How could anyone rate this above a 2?

Front desk gentleman was very nice. The room was spacious and the location of the facility was right off the highway. Honestly for the price and location it was worth the 1 night stay we had, but definitely had some flaws

The first room smelt like pot, not the managers fault. Room definitely needs an update. Visible signs of a dog scratching at the door and some fur was around the edge of the room.

There were bugs in the room and it was not clean
