MJ was super helpful and friendly when we checked in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable!

Cable went out Friday night, but not a big deal, didnt call about it.

Everything but the spa tubs hot water

My ratings are solely based off the spa tub feature.....the water temp is not warm at all making it pointless to pay for that particular room, I've tried both rooms available and the result is the same. I'm aware it saves money to keep water at a lower temp but paying for that particular feature having hot water would be expected. If it's a liability to have hot water allow your customers to sign a waiver or something to prevent getting sued if that is the reason.
