Comfort Inn - NYS Fairgrounds

The staff was amazing and super nice .the bed and pillows were like amazing too..super clean .I will be staying here next time im in the area .thanks comfort inn!!!!

Loved everything

Front desk staff were friendly and greeted us nicely. The breakfast was very good, fresh. Rooms and Lobby area very clean and welcoming. That fresh lemon water is really refreshing I couldn’t stop filling my cup. Thanks comfort Inn !

I was unaware that I booked a handicapped room & for the price it should’ve been cheaper. But I know to look out for things like that in the future.

It was very clean even though it was a joy older

The bathroom was very crammed and you couldn't open the door without hitting something in the bathroom

THe hotel was a bit isolated.

That I got a spider bite and the bathroom was dirty but I cleaned it because there was no cleaner

We came to this hotel called “Comfort,” but there is zero comfort there. There’s simply no lower rating I could give you. You never clean that place, it looks like it’s never even been opened. The air was stuffy and smelled terrible. We were very tired when we arrived, and there was only one room left — nowhere else to go with small children at night — so we stayed. But this was our first and last time at this hotel. I’ll never go back there again. There was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait a long time to check in. Very bad experience. Better find another hotel

Room was clean, Bathroom was really nice, the toilet was also very nice. Staff was very friendly and kind.

The queen bed felt really small, like smaller than an avg queen bed. The ac unit in our room was constantly rattling like all the time that i was on heat or ac.
