"Would not stay there again"

The location was great. But the room had an odor of someone who ok had not showered for days I had to buy air freshener. The toilet would not stop running. The lobby tv played cartoons all the time with no local news in morning. No remote around. Breakfast was same every day no rotation like most hotels

"Poor customer satisfaction from booking.com and comfort inn."

Nothing

The room's wall paper was half way off the wall; the wall had black mold. With my son's heart condition, we refused to stay. The folks at the front desk wanted to give me a different room. However, the hallways smelled like cigarettes and would not be a healthy fit for my son. Unfortunately, the hotel and booking.com refused to reimburse me for the room we did not stay at. We will never again use booking.com.

Was ok for the purpose. Second time we've stayed tgere for a concert at Empower amphitheater. Room wasn't "dirty" but haf a musty smell. Staff was amazing again

Staff was friendly. Hotel needs some work. Wallpaper was falling off in rooms. Toilets are very outdated. Doors looked like they had been broken into. Paint was chipping off walls and in shower.
