Inn On The Parkway Pigeon Forge

Hotel needs to be updated. For what we paid for two nights it did not meet our expectations. Very dirty windows. Caulking around tub had mold. Old furniture. The only good thing was the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. We had much better in other Hamptons. Wish we had picked another hotel for the wedding we were attending

Requested and confirmed handicap accessible room - was not available on arrival. Good news is a handicap room was found across the street at BW Plus by desk help at Hampton. Did not use the room at Hampton and should not be billed for it - so this request for comment scares me since I didn't stay there

I Booked two jointly rooms with a week in advance and when I get there they said they were over booked so no rooms available they just said sorry

Dirty room, mini kitchen was old and looked it.

There were several issues during our stay. We had problems with the room key loading on the app, and the cable and TV remote were not working. Despite sending a chat request to staff, we didn’t receive a response until the following morning, so we were without TV for that evening. Additionally, none of the hotel’s ice machines had ice available. Keep in mind that this hotel has six floors. It was also 90-100 degrees in the area each day of our stay. When I asked about it, the only response from staff was, 'Sorry for the inconvenience,' which was unacceptable given heat wave in Pigeon Forge, TN. Lastly, when housekeeping came to clean our room they only replaced the towels and they didn't make the beds or even take out the trash from the trash cans. This is strange because on the bathroom mirror, there is a sign that says what housekeeping is SUPPOSED to do. In my opinion, this is not acceptable for the price of hotels now. Do better Hampton Inn!😡😤
