Inn On The Parkway Pigeon Forge

Just off the main road. There is a light so you arent having to fight the traffic. Close to the Tanger Outlets and notfsr from the main attractions and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable bed just felt that for how nice the room was the tub/shower seemed outdated. Overall nice place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights and were very pleased. Very clean, quiet (and the hotel was full), great breakfast, easy access to everything. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. This is an older property and could use a refresh but every thing was comfortable. The location was great and close to lots of shopping dining and attractions.

This was somewhere we stayed in the past. 2019 it was beautiful. Gone so far downhill. Pool closed, no silverware in kitchen, area definitely not great. Carpet old in room. Really needs an update totally. For the cost of the room this definitely was NOT a good deal

Breakfast great. Bed ok but not top of the line.

Let me begin with the positive. The motel is a little back from the busy highway. It is quite and the AC works good. We had a problem with the bathroom faucet being tight and hard to adjust. We let the front desk know and was taken care of right away. The breakfast was OK. The waffle iron I used, the one closest to the "eggs" did not cook the batter all the way. It was disappointing. The rotten bananas on the buffet was not a good look. I would suggest having some packaged foods available. It is not appetizing watching someone wipe their nose just before opening up the food container. We have stayed here is the past and it has always been adequate. I let them know at check in that if were bothered by a barking dog they would get a negative review. We had no problem with barking dogs. The place seems to have somewhat of on odor. I am not sure if it was caused by the animals. Every room is pet friendly. This is not a plus for people that travel without pets. They should a separate section for those folks and leave some rooms free of the pet environment. The odor could have been from the age of the facility. It did seem to be clean. It is fine for a couple of nights and a good value.

The floor was absolutely soaking wet because the air conditioner was putting water out, the front desk didn’t seem to care, so every time you walked on one side of the room without shoes on you got smelly yellow water on you or your socks. Breakfast in the morning was cold (eggs, sausage, potatoes) except for the waffle you cook yourself. Wouldn’t stay here again.
