I normally love this property because it’s always clean comfortable bed And spacious rooms.

I didn’t have any hot water and when I showered in the morning, we waited for it for about 30 to 40 minutes never got hot additionally when checking in at night after a very long two days and very minimal sleep, we were ready to just go to sleep we’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been great, but I don’t know if the clerk was having a bad day or what, but when we provided him the ID he refused to run the card until he saw my fiancé‘s face-to-face at the counter, even though we were trying to get a parking because the parking there is pretty bad as well. He was just short tempered and borderline rude and it just was not appreciated.

Unique. This is not a chain hotel and appears to be family owned, although part of the Wyndham properties. The location is excellent if you are visiting the Ontario Convention Center. The room was clean and the bathroom had a beautiful, green marble floor. The bed is separated by a half wall, from the "living area". This was appreciated as one person wanted to sleep while the other needed to keep working. there is a central, outdoor patio and pool area which is inviting and relaxing. Price was reasonable. The hallways have prints of classical European and American artwork, which was fun to look at. The breakfast was good but nothing amazing. There is an EXCELLENT diner next door called Spires. Great service and good diner food.
